About the Think Tank conversation

Many organizations today invest heavily in leadership programs, culture initiatives, and change management.

Yet despite all the knowledge available, many transformation efforts still stall.

In this Think Tank session we step back from tools and frameworks to explore the structural questions behind organizational performance and change.

Together we will explore questions such as:

  • Why are many leadership teams stuck in operational discussions when their real task should be designing and developing the organization itself?
  • Why are “people issues” so often delegated to HR, when the people in the organization determine performance, customer experience, and financial results every single day?
  • Why do many organizations still operate with structures designed for the industrial era, even though today's demands on organizations look completely different?

This session is designed as an open Think Tank conversation, where leaders and professionals explore these questions together and share perspectives across industries and roles.

Sometimes the most valuable insights emerge when leaders are simply given the space to think together.

How the Sustainable Human Business Network began

The idea for the Sustainable Human Business Network began with a simple connection on LinkedIn.

What started as an informal digital conversation quickly revealed something interesting: two consulting companies, on different sides of the Atlantic, sharing a similar mission and core values around leadership, organizational health, and sustainable performance.

From that first conversation, a generative dialogue emerged. A dialogue about the challenges many organizations face today, and the need for spaces where leaders can step back and explore the deeper structural questions shaping performance and change.

That dialogue eventually led to the creation of the Sustainable Human Business NetworkAnd we look forward to continuing that conversation with you at our very first Think Tank session in Jacksonville.
